If you own a Symbiomech product that is in good condition but you intend to retire, you may send it to us for a discount on another Symbiomech product.
The discount will be based upon the condition of the returned product. Each product will have its own guidelines that determine the discounted value. We do not supply discounts for any destroyed, unlicensed, warranty-voided, or unapproved products. In case of shipment damage, we suggest you take photographs and document the known defects before sending the product to us.
