Disclaimer: All documentation under the Karyon section assumes you have completed the Preparation as well as have a basic understanding of computer operation.
The Karyon Suite is a multi-platform software utility for monitoring and operating your Cerebrum robot. The Karyon platform is intended to be a tool for diagnostics, a developer’s aide, and manual operation of Cerebrum. It is not intended for autonomy and, by default, does not support non-augment devices attached to Cerebrum (such as USB devices).
Much like Cerebrum itself, Karyon is a modular platform, in which you can download or create additional “plugins” to increase the functionality of the entire interface. Karyon comes with a collection of all-purpose plugins for any augment you have attached. This means that some augments may be easier to operate using a different plugin.
Karyon currently only works on computer platforms involving Windows, Macintosh, and Linux, as well as Cerebrum itself. Karyon for Android and iOS is being looked into.
